Inserting an Active Ink form into a Word document

I was corresponding with a customer today that wanted to incorporate a filled out Active Ink form into a Word document. While an Active Ink form cannot be saved directly as a Word document, it can be saved as a jpg file, which Word can then import as a Picture file. The form can then be annotated using ink in Word.
