TabletKiosk Announces 7" Tablet PC with Active Digitizer

TabletKiosk’s redesigned i7300 7” ultra-mobile pc will feature an auto-sensing Wacom active digitzer and touch – the only 7” active digitizer on the market. In addition, it will now feature an Intel Atom 1.6 ghz processor and dual hot-swappable battery. With both batteries, TabletKiosk is reporting a 9 hour battery life.

The eo i7300 will ship in April.

Marshfield Clinic Adopts Tablet PCs to Manage Healthcare

Marshfield Clinic, which consists of 790 doctors and their support staff at 43 locations have adopted tablet PCs for managing patient care. At the end of last year, the group eliminated paper charts for the more than 365,000 patients its doctors see each year.
